Pineapple Cake

List of Ingredients
Cake:
2 c. flour
1 1/2 c. sugar
2 t. baking soda
2 c. crushed pineapple w/juice
1 egg or egg sub. equiv.
Topping:
1/2 c. butter (I use low-fat or fat-free)
2/3 c. sugar
2/3 c. evaporated skim milk
1 t. vanilla
Recipe
Mix cake ingredients and pour into a sprayed 9 X 9 X 1 1/2 " baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 35 to 40 minutes or until done.
When cake is done mix topping ingredients, except vanilla, and bring to a boil. Boil 5 minutes. Add vanilla. Pour over cake while cake is still warm.
