All - In - One Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 1/3 c. water
2 T. margarine or butter (I use low-fat)
1/2 c. milk (I use skim or evaporated skim)
1 1/3 c. mashed potato flakes
1 lb. ground beef or veggie burger
1/2 c. chopped onions
10 3/4 oz. can tomato soup (condensed) (I use Campbell's Healthy Request)
16 oz. can green beans, drained
1/4 t. oregano leaves
1/4 t. garlic salt
1/8 t. pepper

Recipe
Heat oven to 350.
In medium saucepan, heat water and margarine to rolling boil; remove from heat. Add milk and flakes; stir to desired consistancy. Set aside.
Brown ground beef (if necessary) and onion in large skillet; drain (if necessary). Add soup, green peppers, oregano, garlic salt and pepper; mix until well blended.
Spoon into 1 1/2 qt. sprayed casserole dish; top with mashed potatoes. Sprinkle with paprika.
Bake at 350 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes or until thoroughly heated.
