    List of Ingredients




    2 or more cups of celery (finely chopped)
    1 can water chestnuts, sliced (drained)
    1 can (10 1/2 oz.) cream of chicken soup (I use Campbell's Healthy Request)

    Topping:
    1 stack Ritz crackers (crushed) or bread crumbs
    1 stick butter (melted) or butter flavored spray

    Recipe



    Cover celery with water and cook until tender, about 15 minutes.

    Combine celery, water chestnuts and soup. Put in a casserole dish. Top with Ritz crackers and pour melted butter over the top OR top with bread crumbs and lightly spray with butter flavored cooking spray.

    Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
