1 Can (10.75 oz.) Condensed Cream of Chicken Soup (I use Healthy Request or 98% Fat Free Campbell's)
1 Can (10.75 oz.) Condensed Cream of Mushroom Soup (I use Healthy Request or 98% Fat Free Campbell's)
2 Cans (12.5 oz) Chicken Breast drained (you need 25 oz. of pre-cooked chicken)
1 Can (4oz.) Diced Green Chilies (these come in mild form and add a lot of flavor, but not to spicy)
1 Small Onion - Diced
1 (8 oz.) Container of Sour Cream
2 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese (I use Fat Free or Reduced Fat)
1 pkg. (23.5 oz) Burrito Size Flour Tortillas
Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Combine the soups, chicken, green chilies, onion and sour cream in a medium bowl. Set aside.
Rip tortillas into bite size pieces and layer 1/3 onto the bottom of a 9 X 13 inch-baking dish sprayed with non-stick cooking spray. Layer 1/3 of the chicken mixture on top, then a layer of 1/3 of the cheddar cheese. Repeat two addtional times, making sure to end with cheese on the top layer. Bake in preheated oven for about an hour and serve.
