List of Ingredients
2 c. tomatoes, chopped and drained
1 (8 oz.) can corn, drained
1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
2 egg whites or 1 egg equiv. in egg Sub.
2 T. flour
1 T. Parmesan Cheese (I use fat-free)
1 1/2 t. onion powder
1 t. sugar
1/4 t. pepper
1/4 t. garlic powder
2 T. bread crumbs Recipe
Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
Spray an 8" baking pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients EXCEPT bread crumbs, mix well. Place in pan and sprinkle with bread crumbs.
Bake uncovered 45 to 50 minutes or until set and lightly browned.
