Double Cheeseburger Pie

List of Ingredients
1 lb. veggie burger
1 medium onion, chopped
1 t. Morton's Nature's Seasoning
1 1/4 c. shredded non fat or low fat cheddar cheese
1 1/4 c. skim milk or evaporated skim milk
3/4 c. flour
1 t. baking powder
2 eggs or egg sub. equiv.
Recipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Coat a 9-inch pie plate with nonstick cooking spray.
Cook veggie burger and onion thoroughly in a nonstick saute' pan. Place in pie pan. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over meat.
Bake for 35 minutes, until browned on top.
