List of Ingredients
4 oz. noodles
1 lb. ground beef or veggie burger
1 medium onion, chopped
2 c. sliced celery
1/2 c. ketchup
1 (2 1/2 oz.) jar sliced mushrooms
1 (14 1/2 oz.) can tomatoes
1 t. saltRecipe
Cook noodles as directed on package.
While noodles cook, cook and stir ground beef and onion in large skillet until meat is brown and onions tender. Drain off fat.
Stir in drained noodles, celery, ketchup, mushrooms (with liquid), tomatoes and salt. Cover; simmer 30 to 45 minutes.
