Hamburger/Veggie Burger Casserole #2

List of Ingredients
1 1/2 lb. hamburger or veggie burger
4 medium or large potatoes
1 medium onion
1 green bell pepper
1 can tomato soup (I use Campbell's Healthy Request) or 1 c. diluted tomato sauceRecipe
Press hamburger in 9 X 13" pan until 1/2 inch thick. Slightly salt over hamburger.
Slice potatoes over hamburger, then slice onion over potatoes; then slice green pepper over onion. Salt and pepper to taste.
Add tomato soup over this; cover with foil and bake 350 - 375 degrees for 45 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
