Tuna Noodle Casserole

List of Ingredients
1 can (10 3/4 oz.) condensed cream of mushroom soup
1 c. milk (I use evaporated skim)
3 c. hot cooked rotini pasta (2 cups uncooked)
1 can (12.5 oz.) tuna packed in water, drained and flaked
1 1/3 c. french fried onions, divided (may omit or add a few bread crumbs, cracker crumbs or crushed corn flakes)
1 pkg. (10 oz.) frozen peas and carrots
1/2 c. (2 oz.) shredded cheddar cheese (I use low-fat) or grated Parmesan cheeseRecipe
Combine soup and milk in 2 qt. shallow casserole. Stir in pasta, tuna, 2/3 c. french fried onions, vegetables and cheese.
Bake, covered, in 350 degree oven 25 to 30 minutes, or until heated through. Top with remaining 2/3 c. onions. Return to oven until onions are golden brown.
If using bread crumbs or the like, spray them lightly with butter flavored cooking spray before returning to oven.
