Serves: 6 (6 chips each) - Prep. time: 15 minutes - Cooking time: 15 minutes
List of Ingredients
6 small plain nonfat or low-fat bagels Recipe
Using a serrated knife, cut each bagel into 6 round slices.
Place slices on wire racks. Place racks on baking sheets.
Spray slices with water.
Bake for 15 minutes or until crispy.
Store in an airtight container.
Variation: for flavored chips, after bagels are sprayed with water, sprinkle bagel slices with Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, herbs, or cinnamon. Use cinnamon raison bagels for flavored chips or your favorite bagel will work.
