12 corn tortillasRecipe
Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
Stack tortillas and cut them into 6 pie shaped wedges. Repeat with remaining tortillas.
Spread wedges on a nonstick baking sheet in one layer. Bake for 8 minutes or until crisp.
Cool and store in an airtight container if not using immediatley.
Variation: you can mist them with water and sprinkle them with garlic powder, cumin, cayenne or the spice of your choice before baking.
