List of Ingredients
1 c. shortening (scant) (I use low-fat or fat free butter or unsweetened applesauce, just don't use a full cup)
1 c. sugar
2 eggs or egg sub. equiv.
1 c. brown sugar
1 t. baking soda
1 t. salt
2 c. flour
2 c. crushed potato chips (a sealable plastic bag works well to crush them) (I use fat-free or baked chips)
1 c. nuts (optional)Recipe
Cream together butter, sugar, eggs and brown sugar.
Add baking soda, salt and flour.
Add potato chips and nuts (if desired).
Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for about 10 minutes.
