List of Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) package nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
1 T. minced fresh chivesRecipe
Heat cream cheese in microwave for 1 minute. Stir in corn and chives.
Serve with vegetable sticks for snacking or use as a topping for baked potatoes.
Variation: Mix with 6 oz. cooked, chopped chicken or tuna and toast open faced on your favorite bread.
