2 (8 oz.) pkgs. fat-free cream cheese, softened
1 (20 oz.) jar of salsa
1 c. chopped green pepper
1 c. chopped onion
5 oz. canned mushroomsRecipe
Spread cream cheese to 1/2 inch thickness on a plate. Spoon salsa over cheese; top with bell pepper, onion and mushrooms.
Cover loosely, chill at least 30 minutes.
Serve with baked tortilla chips.
