    Recipe Introduction


    Makes 2 1/2 cups

    List of Ingredients




    1 (1 lb.) can fat free refried beans
    1 (4 oz.) can chopped green chilies (hot or mild), drained
    1 t. dried oregano
    1/4 t. garlic powder
    1/2 c. plain nonfat yogurt (nonfat sour cream?)
    Salt and pepper

    Recipe



    In a medium bowl, combine beans, chilies, oregano and garlic powder. Mix well. Stir in yogurt, mixing until thoroughly blended. Add salt and pepper to taste. Chill.

    Serve with tortilla chips or pita chips.
