List of Ingredients
3 c. cereal (corn flakes or high protien cereal)
1 c. skim milk
2 eggs or egg sub. to equal
2 lb. lean ground round or veggie burger
Salt, or garlic salt, and pepper
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. grated raw carrots
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/4 c. chopped parsley (or 1/3 of this amount in dried parsley)Recipe
Preheat the oven to moderate, 350 degrees.
In a bowl combine the cereal and milk, stir in the eggs, and add the remaining ingredients, mixing lightly.
Shape the mixture in a loaf pan. Invert onto a baking pan; remove loaf pan. Bake it for 1 hour.
