Ivan's Corn Pudding

1 can whole kernel corn, slightly drained
1 can cream style-corn
1 c. sour cream
1 box jiffy corn muffin mix
1 stick butter
1 or 2 eggs (optional)Recipe
This recipe is usually doubled if feeding several people.
Combine ingredients and bake in sprayed casserole dish at 400 degrees for approximately 1 1/2 hours. Stir once or twice.
Usually transferred to a crock-pot to keep it warm if taking to a church dinner or reunion somewhere other than home.
