I make this for the Hollandbeck reunion every year.
List of Ingredients
2 graham cracker pie crusts (buy or make your own)
4 oz. cream cheese - softened
1 c. powdered sugar
1/3 c. peanut butter (or more if you wish)
1 small container cool whip
Recipe
Mix cream cheese and sugar. Stir until completly combined. (It will happen, although you need to make sure the cream cheese is softened or you may break your spoon, the cream cheese will absorb all the sugar)
Add peanut butter. Fold in the cool whip. (thawed cool whip)
Pour into graham cracker crusts and chill until ready to serve.
