1 c. hot cooked elbow macaroni
1/4 c. skim milk
3/4 oz. mozzarella cheese (I use nonfat or low-fat)
3/4 oz. cheddar cheese (I use nonfat or low-fat)
ground white pepper to taste (or your favorite seasoning)Recipe
In a saucepan combine all ingredients and cook over low heat, stirring constantly, 5 minutes or until cheeses are melted.
