Quick & Easy Macaroni and Cheese

1 (7 oz.) pkg. macaroni (2 cups)
1 lb. ground beef or veggie burger
1/2 c. chopped onion
1/2 cup sliced celery
2 (8 oz.) cans Hunt's tomato sauce with mushrooms
1 t. salt
1/4 t. pepper
1 (8 oz.) pkg. shredded cheese, 2 cups (I use low fat)Recipe
Cook macaroni as directed on package; drain.
Brown ground beef, onion and celery in skillet. Pour off excess fat (if necessary). Stir in tomato sauce with mushrooms, salt and pepper. Combine meat mixture with macaroni.
Pour into a 2 qt. casserole and stir in a portion of the cheese; sprinkle top with additional cheese.
Bake at 350 degrees for about 25 minutes, or until cheese melts.
