Biscuit Pizzas

1 lb. hamburger or veggie burger
1 onion, chopped
ketchup, pizza sauce or spaghetti sauce
shredded cheese (I use fat free or low fat)
salt and pepper to tasteRecipe
Put canned biscuits in bottom of sprayed baking dish and flatten out.
In a sprayed skillet cook and drain (if neccessary) burger and onion. Add ketchup (enough to coat burger) and salt and pepper to your taste. Pour over top of biscuits.
Bake at the temperature stated on the biscuit container until biscuits are done. Sprinkle cheese on top and set back in oven until it melts. Serve hot.
