Cheese and Tomato Pizza

Use Quick & Easy Pizza Dough or your favorite dough
List of Ingredients
Make pizza dough as described in Quick & Easy Pizza Dough
2 T. oregano
1 can (28 oz.) crushed tomatoes
2 T. tomato paste
3/4 t. oregano
1/2 t. basil
1/4 t. pepper
6 oz. non-fat mozzarella cheese, shredded
4 T. Parmesan cheese, freshly grated (1/3 of this if using powdered Parm. cheese, 4 t.) Recipe
When kneading or mixing the dough, mix in 2 T. of oregano.
Place dough on a 12" circular or retangular pan sprayed with cooking spray (canola preferred). Place dough on a pizza rack.
Drain tomatoes and mix with tomato paste. Mix in 3/4 t. oregano, basil and pepper. Spread tomatoes over crust.
Sprinkle pizza with mozzarella and Parmesan cheese.
Preheat oven to 425 degrees.
Place pizza in oven and bake until pizza is done. Serve hot.
