List of Ingredients
1 Bagel (your favorite: plain, onion, garlic, etc.)
4 T. tomato sauce (2 T. each half)
1 oz. mozzarella cheese (1/2 oz. each half) (I use low-fat)
1/4 t. dried oregano leaves (1/8 t. each half) Recipe
Top each bagel half with the above ingredients.
Broil 3 to 4 minutes until heated on a non-stick cooking sheet.
Variation: you can use whatever you normally like on your pizza, it may just need more cooking time.
