Chicken Paprika

List of Ingredients
6 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts
1 T. Hungarian paprika
1/2 t. salt
1/4 t. white pepper
1/2 t. garlic powder
1 1/2 c. chicken broth
3/4 c. nonfat sour cream
Bowtie noodles
1/4 c. chopped parsleyRecipe
In a nonstick skillet over high heat, brown chicken breasts about 2 minutes on each side, then remove from pan.
Add spices to pan and stir 1 minute. Add chicken broth and cook for 5 minutes, reducing liquid slightly.
Turn heat to low and add sour cream. Return chicken to pan and simmer for 3 minutes, covered, or until chicken is cooked through.
Serve over bowtie noodles and sprinkle with parsley.
