Favorite Potato Salad

List of Ingredients
5 lb. potatoes, cooked and cubed
4 eggs, hard boiled and chopped (I don't use the yolks)
1/4 to 1/2 cup each: green pepper, onion and celery
salt to taste
1 t. celery seed (optional)
dash of vinegar
enough mayo to moisten (I use fat-free)Recipe
Mix all ingredients together.
