6 cups cooked elbow macaroni
1/2 c. nonfat mayo
1/2 c. nonfat sour cream
2 T. rice vinegar
1 1/2 t. Nature's Seasonings
2 T. chopped parsley
1 c. defrosted frozen peas
3/4 c. finely chopped nonfat cheddar cheeseRecipe
Combine all ingredients well and refrigerate.
