Recipe Introduction


Serves: 8 - This sauce can be used to top off your Chili Cornbread Pie. It is also used with tortilla chips, egg white omelettes, potatoes or you can make a salad dressing by thinning with milk and adjusting the seasonings to your taste.


List of Ingredients




1 (16 oz.) carton nonfat sour cream
Juice of 1 lemon
1/4 c. chopped cilantro
1/2 c. chopped green onions
Salt and pepper to taste

Combine all ingredients well and chill.
