List of Ingredients
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, mashed
1/4 c. chopped green bell pepper
1 (15 oz.) can black beans, drained and rinsed
1 (15 oz.) can small white beans
2 (4 oz.) cans chopped green chilies
1 (28 oz.) can chopped or whole tomoatoes
1 t. cumin
1/2 t. chili powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Chopped green onions, nonfat sour cream, and shredded nonfat cheddar cheese for garnish
Recipe
Sweat onions, garlic and bell pepper in a large pot. Add remaining ingredients except garnish and simmer for at least 30 minutes.
Garnish with chopped green onion, nonfat sour cream, and shredded nonfat cheddar cheese.
This also makes a great nonfat dip for tortilla chips.
