Sea Food Chowder

List of Ingredients
1/4 c. minced onion
2 (7 oz.) cans clams (lobster or other seafood may be used)
2 c. finely diced raw potatoes
1/2 c. water
2 c. milk (I use skim or evaporated skim)
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepperRecipe
In a sprayed nonstick skillet cook onion.
Drain seafood, if necessary; add seafood liquid, potatoes and water to onion. Cook until potatoes are tender, about 10 minutes.
Just before serving, add sea food, milk, salt and pepper. Heat to boiling, stirring occasionally. Serve at once.
