    Serves: 8

    List of Ingredients




    2 cloves garlic, chopped
    1 onion, chopped
    1 lb. boneless, skinless chicken breasts, cut into 1" pieces or 2 cans of rinsed and drained pinto beans or a combination of both
    1 (28 oz.) can whole tomatoes
    2 cans chicken broth
    1 (4 oz.) can chilies, chopped
    1/2 c. mild taco sauce or salsa
    1 t. garlic powder
    1 t. onion powder
    1 t. Nature's Seasoning
    1 t. Mrs. Dash garlic and herb seasoning
    1/2 c. white rice

    Toppings:
    1/4 c. chopped green onions
    1/4 c. chopped cilantro, if available
    1/2 c. nonfat shredded chedder cheese
    1/2 c. nonfat sour cream

    Recipe



    Cook garlic and onion in nonstick pot for 3 minutes or until limp. Add remaining ingredients and cook for 15 minutes or until heated through. Sprinkle soup with toppings and serve with tortilla chips.
