Tomato Cream Cheese Spread

Recipe Introduction
Makes: 1 1/2 cups
List of Ingredients
1 (8 oz.) container fat free cream cheese
1 (1 lb.) can stewed tomatoes, drained well (squeeze out as much liquid as possible)
3 T. thinly sliced green onions (green and white parts)
1 t. ground cumin
Few drops of bottled hot sauce, or to tasteRecipe
Combine all ingredients in a bowl and mix well. (If smaller pieces of tomato are desired, chop them before adding to the cream cheese.)
Serve as the perfect topping for toasted bagels, a spread for crackers or with vegetable dippers.
Serve again hint: Have some leftover black beans or pinto beans? Add them to the spread and stuff into a pita with lettuce and sliced onion for a great sandwich.
