    Recipe Introduction


    Makes about 1 cup - This can also be used in place of sour cream in sauces and other cooking, but blend in 2 T. flour so it will thicken during cooking.

    List of Ingredients




    1 c. low fat cottage cheese
    2 T. skim milk
    1 T. lemon juice
    1/4 t. salt (optional)

    If using in cooking or a sauce add 2 T. flour.

    Recipe



    Combine all ingredients in blender and blend until smooth and creamy.
