List of Ingredients
1 bag frozen diced potatoes, boiled and drained
1 can cream of mushroom soup (I use Campbells Healthy Request)
1/2 pt. sour cream (I use fat free)
1/2 c. butter, melted (I use low fat or fat free)
10 oz. grated cheddar cheese (I use low fat or fat free)
crushed potato chips (I use fat free or baked)
Recipe
Mix all except chips. Place in sprayed casserole dish; crush chips over the top.
Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
May add chopped green pepper and/or green onions for variety. Can leave cheese out if you want.
