List of Ingredients
2 lb. bag frozen diced potatoes, boiled and drained
1 can cream of chicken soup (I use Campbells Healthy Request)
1/2 c. butter, melted (I use low fat or fat free)
1/2 c. onions, chopped
1 pt. sour cream (I use fat free)
Recipe
Combine all ingredients and pour into a 9 x 12" baking dish and bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
May add chopped green pepper and/or green onions for variety. Can leave cheese out if you want.
