    List of Ingredients




    1/3 c. chopped onion
    1/4 c. chopped green peppers
    6 cups diced, cooked potatoes
    1 t. salt
    1/4 t. pepper
    3/4 c. dry poultry seasoning or fine bread crumbs

    Recipe



    Saute' onions and green peppers in a sprayed skillet.

    Combine with potatoes, salt and pepper. Put into baking dish.

    Sprinkle bread crumbs over the top of baking dish and spray lightly with butter flavored cooking spray.

    Bake for 30 minutes at 350 degrees.
