Potatoes au Gratin

1 (8 oz.) package nonfat cream cheese, softened
1 (8 oz.) can kernel corn, drained
1 T. minced fresh chives
1 lb. thinly sliced red or russet potatoes
Seasoned bread crumbsRecipe
Heat cream cheese in a microwave for 1 minute. Stir in corn and chives.
Thinly slice 1 lb. of red or russet potatoes and steam in a microwave about 4 to 6 minutes, until soft. Layer corn and chive dip with potatoes in a baking dish coated with nonstick cooking spray. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. Top with seasoned bread crumbs.
