List of Ingredients
5 large potatoes, cut into 1" pcs. (7 1/2 cups)
2 cans (14 1/2 oz.) chicken broth (I use fat free)
Generous dash pepperRecipe
In saucepan place potatoes and broth. Heat to boil using high heat. Cover and cook med-high heat 10 minutes or until tender. Drain - reserve the broth. Mash potatoes with 1 1/4 c. of the broth and pepper. If needed, add additional broth until potatoes are the desired consistancy.
