6 boneless chicken breast, 3oz
14 1/2 oz fat-free chicken broth
20 oz canned unsweetened pineapple chunks
1/4 cup vinegar
2 tbsp unpacked brown sugar
2 tsp low-sodium soy sauce
1 clove garlic clove(s)
1 medium green pepper(s)
3 tbsp cornstarch
1/4 cup water
Recipe
Brown chicken. Mince garlic and chop green pepper. Dissolve the cornstarch in the water. Now mix all ingredients together in crock pot. Cook for 4-5 hours on low.
