    1/2 cup butter or margarine, softened
    # 1 cup sugar
    # 2 eggs
    # 1 cup sour cream
    # 2 teaspoons vanilla
    # 2 cups all-purpose flour
    # 1 teaspoon baking soda
    # 1/2 teaspoon baking powder
    # 1/2 teaspoon salt
    # 1/3 cup semisweet chocolate chips
    # 1/3 cup butterscotch chips
    #
    # Topping:
    # 2 tablespoons semisweet chocolate chips
    # 2 tablespoons butterscotch chips
    # 2 tablespoons brown sugar
    # 1/4 cup chopped pecans

    Recipe




    In a large mixing bowl, cream together the butter and sugar until smooth. Add eggs, one at a time, beating well after each addition. Stir in sour cream and vanilla and mix well. In a separate bowl, combine flour, baking soda, baking powder and salt; add to butter mixture and stir just until moistened. Fold in the 1/3 cup chocolate chips and 1/3 cup butterscotch chips. Fill paper-lined muffin cups 2/3 full. In small bowl, combine topping ingredients. Sprinkle topping mix evenly over each muffin. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 25-30 minutes or until golden brown. Cool for 5 minutes in pan. Remove from pans and place on wire racks. Serve warm or cool.
