List of Ingredients
1 pound ground beef
1 small onion
chopped fine and sautéed in butter
1/2 cup dry bread crumbs
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/2 teaspoon oregano
2 tablespoons Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon salt
1 egg
Recipe
Combine ingredients and mix thoroughly.
Shape in large marble size balls.
Sauté slowly in a small amount of olive oil or butter or a combination of each, until brown.
Serve on toothpicks or in a chaffing dish with a small amount of tomato sauce. ================================================================================
