    Hearty Chicken Cheese Soup

    List of Ingredients




    1 Cup Shredded Carrots
    1/4 Cup Sliced Green Onions
    1/2 Cup Water
    1/4 Cup Flour
    2 Cups Skim Milk
    1 (10 oz.) Can FF Chicken Broth
    1 (12.5 oz.) Can 99% FF Canned Chicken breast, in water, drained
    1 Cup FF Shredded Cheddar Cheese
    1 teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
    1/4 teaspoon Pepper
    1 (4 oz.) Can Peeled/Diced Green Chiles

    In a med saucepan, cook carrots & green onion over med heat in 1/2 cup water until tender. Stir in flour. Slowly add broth, & milk, worcestershire sauce and pepper. Cook and stir until thickened. Stir in chicken, chilies and cheese. Cook and stir over low heat until cheese has melted.
