    List of Ingredients


    • 12 Oreos, separated
    • 16 oz. cream cheese, softened
    • 1/2 cup sugar
    • 1 tsp. vanilla
    • 2 eggs
    • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
    • 2 tsp. shortening


    Instructions


    1. Beat cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and eggs.
    2. Place an Oreo with frosting side up in the bottom of a lined muffin cup. Crush the remaining tops.
    3. Top with cream cheese mixture.
    4. Sprinkle crushed Oreos on top.
    5. Bake at 325 for 25 minutes.
    6. Remove from oven and cool.
    7. Melt shortening and chips until smooth.
    8. Drizzle over the cooled cheesecakes.
