    This is one of my husband's favorite cakes. It looks very nice baked in a decorative bunt pan. After cooled, confectioners' sugar may be sprinkled on top.

    List of Ingredients





    1 box Lemon Supreme Cake mix
    1-1/4 cup apricot nectar
    4 eggs, beaten
    1/2 cup sugar
    1/2 cup oil





    Recipe



    Mix all ingredients.
    Bake at 325* for 45-60 min.
    While cake is still warm, mix the icing.
    Poke holes in the cake with a fork or toothpick and pour over
    cake.

    Icing:

    1 cup confectioners sugar
    Juice of 1 lemon

    Mix well.
