    Pumpkin Cheesecake Pie

    List of Ingredients


    • 1 - 9" graham cracker crust
    • 2 - 8 oz packages cream cheese (room temp)
    • 1/2 cup granulated sugar
    • 2 eggs
    • 1 cup canned pumpkin filling
    • 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    • 1/4 tsp nutmeg
    • 1 tsp vanilla


    Instructions


    1. Place rack in center of oven. Preheat oven to 350 F.
    2. Blend cream cheese and sugar in food processor until smooth.
    3. Add eggs, pumpkin, spices and vanilla. Process until smooth.
    4. Pour this mixture into the crust and bake for 30 minutes or until the top looks dry, with only a small damp spot remaining in the center.
    5. Cool completely before serving, refrigerating or freezing.
    6. Makes 8 servings.
