Recipe Introduction
An energy bar that is quick, easy and relatively healthy. The kids love them.
List of Ingredients
- 3 cups oatmeal
- 1 cup powdred milk
- 1 cup wheat germ
- 1 cup brown sugar
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 cup oil
- 4 eggs, beaten
- 1 cup chocolate chips
Instructions
- Mix together all ingredients and press into greased cookie sheet (with sides).
- Bake @ 350 F for 10 - 15 minutes.
- Cool and cut into bars.
