4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
1 can of Campbell's cream of chicken soup
2 tbsps. of mayonnaise
1 tsp. of lemon juice
1 tsp. of curry powder
1 tsp. of olive oil
1/4 cup of grated cheese
1 cup of broccoli
And 1 cup of cauliflower
Recipe
1. Cook the chicken in a frying pan with oil until it's white on both sides.
2. Mix together the mayo, soup, curry powder and lemon juice then set aside.
3. Layer the bottom of a roast pan with the broccoli and cauliflower and put the chicken breasts on top.
4. Cover with the soup mixture then sprinkle with cheese and cook at 350 degrees for one hour.
