    Mix together the following ingredients and pour over 4 frozen chicken breasts (or let marinate a couple hrs if fresh is used):

    1/4 cup oil
    1/4 cup red wine vinegar
    1 t sugar
    1 t oregano
    1/2 t garlic powder
    1/2 t salt
    1/4 t pepper

    Recipe



    Cook for about 5 hrs on low; chicken shreds easily. This dish had a subtle flavor.
