    1 c. sweet potato, cooked & mashed
    3/4 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. sugar
    1 egg
    3/4 c. margarine
    1 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking powder
    1/4 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    3/4 c. quick cooking oatmeal
    1 c. pecans
    1 c. raisins

    Recipe



    Mix butter and sugar together. Add eggs and dry ingredients and then pecans
    and raisins. Drop by teaspoons. Bake at 350 degrees for 10 to 12 minutes.
