1/2 lb. crumbled bacon, diced ham or kielbasa
1 diced onion
dash worchestershire sauce (to taste)
dash tabasco sauce (to taste)
fresh cracked black pepper
salt to taste
1 red or green sweet pepper, or a combination of both
8 eggs
1/4 cup milk
1/2 cup mild salsa
1/2 cup grated cheddar or mozzarella cheese
10 flour tortillas
Cook onion until translucent and meat until completely heated through. In a separate container, (with a resealable, tight lid), combine egg, milk, sweet peppers, worchestershire sauce, pepper, tabasco sauce and salsa. Cover with lid and shake well. Add meat and onion to egg and pour into medium heat frying pan, stirring occasionally until fluffy and no longer runny. Remove from burner and add cheese. Cover and let sit for 2-3 minutes or until cheese is completely melted. Heat tortillas in the microwave for 20 seconds each. Transfer egg from pan to tortillas and roll taco style. Enjoy!

Tips to Ponder
When mixing scrambled eggs, you can do it one of two ways, it a container with a tight lid or in a bowl with a whisk.
I personally prefer the shaker method because I find the eggs cook up fluffier.
