    This is a nice change for corn on the cob, and quick, too!

    8 pieces corn
    1/2 pkg. taco seasoning mix
    1/2 cup butter

    Recipe



    Heat grill. Cut 2 tin foil sheets large enough to hold 4 pieces of corn in each. In a small dish combine the butter and seasoning. Heat until butter is melted. Brush over all pieces of corn and wrap the tin foil into packets. Grill over medium high heat for 25 to 30 minutes, turning occasionally. Open packets carefully so the steam can escape.
